Our staff and customer safety is a top priority for us, so we have new rules and procedures in place to keep you safe. 

As of now through July 30 we are planning to maintain the schedule and procedures listed below. If anything changes, we will update this page.
On July 31 we are planning to revert to our pre-COVID operating standards and schedule, but will be monitoring the situation as the summer goes on and make adjustments as needed.
1-2 bookings at a time

We have adjusted our schedule to only include ONE booking every 90 minutes; the only exception is during peak hours on Saturday afternoons where there may be up to TWO groups at a time. This will ensure minimal exposure between groups.

Corporate/Custom bookings max of 9 people

In order to comply with the 10-person limit guidelines, corporate and custom bookings can have up to 9 people per time slot (up to 6 people per room). To book during the week, you can email us by clicking below.

Intensive cleaning between bookings

After each group, we will clean rooms thoroughly by: - Sanitizing each door handle - Sanitizing every surface and clue - Sanitizing each lock & surface - Sanitizing restrooms

Face masks for staff and customers

All staff will be wearing face masks for all customer interactions. We ask that all our customers wear masks during their time with us to minimize exposure, and we will have free masks available.

Contactless sign in

We will send a reminder prior to your booking for online sign in, and we will have a contactless option at Escape Lincoln that will allow you to fill out the sign in form on your personal device.

Front doors will be unlocked 15 minutes prior to booking

We will keep our doors locked until 15 minutes prior to your booking to ensure we have completed our cleaning and avoid groups interacting.

No walk-in bookings or in-person payments

Walk-in bookings will not be accepted at this time to avoid in-person payment and unnecessary contact. Payments must be made online to avoid in-person payment exchange.

Card-only merchandise purchases

If you purchase any merchandise during your visit, we can only accept card payments at this time to avoid cash exchange.
